TERMS and ConditionS

Singapore City Cubs Private Limited reserves the right to modify, rectify or change any terms and conditions with or without the knowledge of any and all participants*

  • By registering for any and all our training program/camps/courses/classes/activities and/or engaged in any services provided by Singapore City Cubs Football Club Private Limited, it shall be acknowledge and recognized to indemnify, waiver, release and agree to all and any limitation of liability of this term and conditions of Singapore City Cubs Football Club Private Limited for now and in the future.

    • All attending participants have to be properly attired.

    • All participants have to be in the best of health and physical, mentally fit for the program.

    • All participant with any visible/noticeable ailment/illness/sickness, would need to provide a recordable documentation.

    • In the event that any training programs/camps/session/event/activity cannot commence due to circumstances may be cancelled on the discretion of the Singapore City Cubs Football Club Private Limited and/or its staff.

    • Any and all programs that are cancelled, discontinued and/or disrupted by order of any Singapore Government no refunds, disbursement and/or compensations will be given, e.g, Covid lockdown.

    • If participants decides not to attend any training program/camp/session/event/activity or is

    • unable to attend the training program/camp/session/event/activity, a make-up day will be given as a replacement for the session that is missed.

    • In the event of wet weather or any situation that does not allow at least 45 minutes of any of the training, make-up day will be given as compensation and have to be completed within the same term, else otherwise stated and/or granted by Singapore City Cubs Football Club and/or its staff.

    • No refund will be given for any and all training program/camp/session/event/activity that have been registered.

    • Singapore City Cubs Football Club Private Limited will be allowed to take pictures of and/or film (picture and sound).

    • Singapore City Cubs Football Club Private Limited is irrevocably granted the right to use, reproduce, copy, publish and make such ‘Material’ available to the public.

    • Singapore City Cubs Football Club Private Limited shall assume anonymity of all participating individuals.

    • Singapore City Cubs Football Club Private Limited has the rights to receive, collect and store any information that is provided by the participants.

    • Singapore City Cubs Football Club Private Limited upholds the responsibility to not distribute, disclose, share, and/or sell and information that have been provided by the participants.
